We can initiate an ACC claim for you—no referral is required. ACC provides partial coverage for injury-related physiotherapy; the following surcharges apply:

Students (0-18 years):

Initial Consultation (45 minutes): $30

Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes): $15

Adults:

Initial Consultation (45 minutes): $40

Follow-Up Consultation (30 minutes): $25

Payment Information:

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept EFTPOS, cash, and same-day online transfers. If you anticipate difficulty paying in full, please inform us before your appointment to discuss possible payment plans.​

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment or failure to attend may incur a minimum $25 fee
